Is this movie actually scary? Or is it just weird?

I didn't watch yet this movie..
Wow, the ending to that movie was horrible... I guess that why they call them horror movies. haha
They go through and kill all the kids. Horrible camera and graphics work. But its actually kind of funny. I see why people walked about on it back in the day.
I don't recommend this for anyone.
